At Wadda Good Doggy Day Camp, we don’t just “watch dogs.” We run a trainer-led camp designed to help your pup go home happy-tired, calmer, and more responsive—with safe social time, enrichment, and daily manners practice.

What Summer Camp Is (and what it isn’t)

This is not chaos daycare.

It’s a daily routine with rotations, rules, and purpose—the right mix of movement, mental work, calm time, and safe social time.

Your dog gets to be a dog—sniff, explore, play, splash—while learning how to stay regulated and make better choices.

Important note: This is not a behavior rehabilitation camp. If your dog needs behavior modification for severe issues, ask us about our training programs.

Daily Camp Activities (Fulfillment + Structure)

Fetch Games (Recall + Retrieve): the kind of fun that builds skills—bring-it-back, engagement, and better recall.
 
Name Response + Recall Games: quick reps that turn “selective hearing” into real-world responsiveness.
Daily Pack Walk: structured group walks to practice neutrality, confidence, and calm behavior in motion.
 
Group Decompression + Neutrality Drills + Impulse Control: campers learn to settle, share space, and take turns—without losing their minds.
 
Tug + Flirt Pole (Rules-Based Play): a healthy outlet for drive with clear start/stop rules and “out” practice.
 
Basic Scent Work Fun: sniffing is a superpower—confidence-building mental enrichment that helps reduce stress.
 
Structured Play + Socialization: trainer-supervised playgroups matched by play style, confidence, and energy level (not just size).

Basic Obedience Re-Set Sessions (Daily Mini Lessons)

Short 5–10 minute dog training sessions built into the camp day to reinforce real-life manners: - Sit / Down / Place (settle) - Loose-leash basics (especially during transitions and pack walk moments) - Doorway/threshold manners - Polite greetings (as appropriate) - “Leave it” + impulse control around food/toys

Summer Cool-Down Feature

Swim + Splash Time: safe water play rotations for cooling off, confidence building, and summer fun.
